What counts as a seat?
A seat is a monday.com account assigned as an approver or that configures a flow. Viewers who only see board status columns do not count.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your monday.com account. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Does Approval Flow use automation actions?
No. Approval Flow uses the monday.com API directly and never consumes automation actions from your plan quota.
What happens if my team grows past the plan limit?
You will be prompted to upgrade. Existing flows and history are never deleted — upgrading restores full access immediately.
