This Privacy Policy explains how the Approval Flow application, available on the monday.com marketplace, handles information when you install and use it. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

The app is developed and owned by Aiverylabs. For any privacy question, write to us at support@aiverylabs.com.

What the app accesses

Approval Flow runs inside monday.com and accesses the following, only while you use it and only to provide its features:

Board and item data. The items and the columns your approval rules depend on, such as an amount, a category, a status, or a People column.
User information. The monday user identifiers of the people involved in an approval, so the app knows who needs to act and whether they are allowed to.

The app reads this through the monday.com API, acting as the signed-in user through monday's authentication.

What the app stores, and why

The app stores the following inside monday.com's own storage, tied to your account:

Flow configuration. Your approval stages, approvers, and conditions, so your setup stays in place.
Approval run state and decisions. Who approved or rejected, any comment, and timestamps, so an approval can progress and be recorded.
Configuration history. A log of changes to a flow, so changes can be traced.
A status column reference and a tracking flag. So the app knows which column to keep updated.

The app stores this to do its job. It does not build a separate profile of you.

Where your data is stored

Everything the app stores is kept inside monday.com's infrastructure, tied to your account. The app does not run its own external database, and it does not copy or send your data to any server outside monday.com.

Third-party services

The app does not use any third-party service for its front end or back end. It does not send data to any external analytics, logging, advertising, or tracking service. The only external service involved is monday.com itself, which hosts the app and stores its data. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own privacy policy.

Authentication

The app uses monday.com's built-in authentication and acts as your monday.com session while you use it. We do not store your monday.com access token on any system of our own.

Cookies and tracking

The app does not set tracking cookies and does not track you outside of its own scope within monday.com.

Notifications

When it is an approver's turn, the app asks monday.com to send that person a notification, delivered in monday.com and by email. Each person can control their own email notification settings in their monday.com profile.

How we share information

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties. Your data stays within monday.com.

Data retention and your rights

Your data is stored in monday.com's storage tied to your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to support@aiverylabs.com, and we will delete your stored approval data for your account using monday.com's storage tools. If you uninstall the app and would like your stored data removed, contact us and we will handle it in line with monday.com's developer terms. You can also ask to review the data the app stores for your account.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and make the current version available at this link.
