Back to Survey Flow

Plans and pricing

Survey Flow is sold through monday, on four plans. Every plan includes every feature. The only thing that changes between them is how many responses you can collect in a month.

Starter

$19/month USD

25 responses a month

or $16 a month, billed yearly

Pro

$65/month

400 responses a month

or $54 a month, billed yearly

Business

$149/month

1,000 responses a month

or $124 a month, billed yearly

Scale

$349/month

3,000 responses a month

or $290 a month, billed yearly

Paying yearly

Paying a year in advance costs 17% less, which is roughly two months free. The second line on each plan is what that works out to per month: $16, $54, $124 and $290. Billed as one payment, those are $190, $650, $1,490 and $3,490 a year.

The response allowance is monthly on both. Every figure above — 25, 400, 1,000, 3,000 — is what you can collect in a month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly does not buy you an annual pool to draw down, and it does not change how many responses a month includes. It only changes what the month costs.

There is no feature grid here because there is nothing to compare. Conditions, follow up questions, the sender name and logo, low rating alerts, the agent breakdown, all four dashboard tabs and the CSV export work the same way on Starter as they do on Scale. The only question is how many responses you expect in a month.

The trial

Every install starts with a 14 day trial. It runs on Pro, so you have 400 responses to work with rather than an entry allowance, and no card is required because billing runs through monday.

Responses collected during your trial do not count toward your plan. Use the fortnight as hard as you like: when you buy, the count starts at zero on whatever plan you choose. Trying the product properly cannot eat the first month you pay for.

Every feature is available on every plan, so a trial on Pro is not a preview of something you lose afterwards. The only thing that changes when you pick a plan is how many responses a month it includes.

How a response is counted

A response is counted when somebody rates. Sending costs nothing, so a month in which you send four hundred surveys and receive twenty answers counts as twenty.

The month is a UTC calendar month, and the count resets at midnight UTC on the first. That can sit a few hours away from the dates monday shows you elsewhere.

Reaching the limit

Reaching the limit stops receiving, not just sending

Hitting your monthly allowance stops Survey Flow sending, which is no surprise. It also stops it accepting answers. A survey already sitting in somebody's inbox goes quiet until the month resets or your plan changes.

Nothing you have already collected is lost. The link stays valid, the recipient is told to try again in a few days, and it starts accepting answers again on its own.

Tickets that resolve while you are at the limit are held rather than dropped. They are listed on the Plan and usage screen, and an admin can send them once there is room, for up to 7 days after the ticket resolved.

Billing

Billing runs through monday. Survey Flow appears on your monday invoice alongside everything else, and there is no separate payment method to set up. Pricing, payment and refunds are handled by monday, and the terms of service set out what that means in practice.
